Handmade by me and comes with a new tag. Made using upcycled materials and never worn. The 2 measurements are the smocked bodice at rest, and the width across when it’s comfortably stretched. Very comfortable breeze cotton blend with cute quilt print. Fits a large comfortably to a 2x. Very long maxi so see the full length measurement. Ties can help adjust fit as well. Handmade item with artisan charm, not made in a factory. Human hands come with imperfections so just know it’s handmade.
