These skirts are so wide, I had to lay them out on the floor so you could truly get a sense of them. Sassy belt aside, everything else about this dress seems drawn from an impressionist's painting, from the blurring effect of the many skin-friendly cotton-blend layers, to the floral print itself, which seems to be capturing the dreams of flowers, rather than the blossoms themselves.
