I have inspected the jacket and I see no moth holes or other deterioration to the lightweight wool tweed. The color is a beautiful blue with a contrasting stitch in a light brown. The backing on the belt is highly distressed as shown clearly in the photographs, but the fabric on the front of the belt is fine.
Tear in the lining by the arm hole.
Light normal wear consistent with age.

Wonderful custom made or home sewn by an incredibly gifted seamstress 1960s pink tweed jacket . Fully lined. Modeled on my size 6-8 dress form. As pointed out in the pics, there is a decorative button missing off one sleeve cuff. There are also 3 stains all inside only on the lining. Both armpits are stained and there is a small stain on the abdomen. No stains on the outside.
