SNAPS CLOSE THE FRONT. LABEL OF IDENTIFICATION IS ON THE INTERIOR. CONDITION: MUSTY AND A STRONG BURLAP SCENT FROM ESTATE STORAGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND A DRY CLEANING PRIOR TO WEAR.
