No fabric tag but feels like polyester. This does have belt loops but I don’t have the belt. They can easily be cut off if you don’t wish to wear a belt with it. There is a modesty snap at chest and can be opened if you wish. There are a few small pinholes on dress (see pictures), I did not see any major stains or tears. This dress is labeled a 5/6 and fits like a modern small, see my measurements below. Approximate measurements: 19” across chest 45” long
