VTG 60s MISS ELLIETTE DRESS. SuPer CuTe dress from the 60s, oh so Mad Men! I’ve had this dress for years, and wore it about a half dozen times. I had it relined right after I bought it, due to tears in the original lining. I also has things tightened up on the seams. This dress was worth it;) The size tag was lost long ago…the measurements are 40” chest w darts, 30” waist, 40” hips, and 41” in overall length. The detailing is amazing, it’s a beautiful dress on. Fully lined w hidden back zipper. Not sure of the fabric content but it’s a heavier weight cotton/poly(?) blend. In very good vintage condition, there are 2 very faint marks that are hard to detect(pic #7). The belt is missing, but I wore it w many cute belts! From a smoke/pet free home. Great vintage dress, stand out in a crowd!

Overall pretty good condition on this stunning gown that is two separate pieces, a top over a long striking gown. The top has a bust measurement of 40 inches with a 35 inch waist and underarm top hem measures 11 inches. The dress has a bust measurement of up to 37 inches. The waist on dress measures 26 inches and 47.5 inch length underarm to hem Some discoloration under the arm area of blouse only, dress just has an age spots on bodice and back of straps that is obviously covered by the top. Make sure to look at photos carefully:) Also an abrasion area on bust of the top. The underarm discoloration gets somewhat lost in the busy print. Fabric is probably some type of satin blend

My mother also wore lots of Bonnie Cashin in the 1960s and 1970s so I was aware of the modern minimalists, and sought them out for her when I found them.
