This was the lower portion of an early 1920s party dress. The upper portion of the dress was too rotted and was shredding apart from deterioration, and I removed it since it was not salvageable. The lower skirt is in lovely condition.
The dress has a few issues. Staining under arms. It needs dry cleaning to get the wrinkles removed. The tulle skirt has a spot on the brocade waist trim. One opening on the tulle near the hem and multiple soil spots.
