Using the modern size guide shown in the photos, Please be sure to check out photos 12 and 13 showing where some of the gathering stitch is not intact. There are no rips or tears. I have estimated this to best fit a size 0/2 or XSmall. Please compare your measurements to the measurements in the photos to assure a proper fit. My mother wore this in the 1950s and I wore it in the early 1980s. Waist is about 26″-26-1/2″, bust 32″-33″, shoulders about 15″. Shoulder seam to bottom is 40″, waist to bottom is about 25″. There’s slight fraying on the waistline seam – check last photo.

Such a cute 1970s mini dress! I believe it handmade. The color was really hard to photograph so the last photo I took with flash to show that it’s a gray lavender color!
