STIFFENED BAND COLLAR IS POINTED IN THE FRONT. LARGE BILLOWING PUFF SLEEVES WITH THE BOTTOM SLEEVE FITTED, HAVING PLEATING ON THE BOTTOM WITH A SILK BOW TRIMMING. GLASS BEADED ON THE REAR BACK AND THE DRESS FLOWS IN WATTEAU STYLE IN THE REAR FROM A HIGH STARTING POINT ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM WITH THE BOTTOM SKIRTING IN A PINCHED SASH WITH SILK BOWS THAT MATCH THE CUFFS. INTERIOR SKIRT IS LINED IN BOTH COTTON AND SILK DE CHINE WITH PLEATED BUCKRAM LACE TRIMMED RUFFLING FULLY AROUND THE BOTTOM. NO LABELS AS TO THE MAKER. THE UNDERARMS HAVE A RING OF STAINING WITH SPLITTING TO THE STAIN SEEN ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGE OF EACH. LARGE DRIP STAINING IS ON THE CENTER FRONT SIDE SKIRT, NOTE THE IMAGES. THERE ARE THREE ERASER SIZED HOLES IN THE SKIRTING. INTERIOR LINING HAS SPLIT OPEN ALONG THE SEAM ON THE CENTER REAR BACK AND THERE ARE TWO LINES OF SOOT STAINING ON THE BELT. SIX SCATTERED PINHEAD HOLES ARE IN THE PUFF SLEEVES WITH FOUR UNNOTED PINHEAD HOLES ON THE REAR WATTEAU BACK.
