This absolutely GORGEOUS piece is made of 100% silk in a style that alludes 80s/90s vintage with gold tone buttons to flaunt. Its form fitting, flattering and has a notch lapel. The brand tag is gone, but image search suggests this may have been a Joseph Ribkoff piece or an Escada piece. Interior has some iridescent contrasting at the top liner and collar, likely due to age of the garment, but completely invisible when being worn.
