It’s made with an all cotton lace top and tiny scalloped lace edge at the neckline and sleeves. It’s hard to say for sure the fiber content of the skirt, possibly silk or a silk ~ rayon blend. The color of the lace top is dark ecru, the skirt is a dark jadeite green.

This is a lightweight dress that is probably a polyester crepe fabric.It has a back zipper, gathers at the front neckline, long sleeves and a belt with single thread belt loop. Stunning colors.

This original tea dress exudes a secretary/geek look with its polyester material and retro 1990s style. Dress is 100% polyester. Very good pre-loved condition. Has been dry cleaned. Has a couple very faint marks – one at the base of the skirt hem on seam.
Chocolate brown crepe rayon 1940s evening dress with ruched middle front, sheer upper neckline edged in gelatin based sequins and silver bugle beads front and back. A few areas of slight fade as shown but within the folds and draping of little consequence.

Vintage 1940s ‘silver of Hawaii, made in Japan’ rare angel fish print cheongsam dress in what feels like a silk crepe blend fabric. Knotted frog closure at neck and side, split hems. Sleeve openings and side hem openings are lined in a sun faded purple rayon taffeta. Cleaned, there are some small faint color spots scattered, a few pin holes, and a few lighter age marks that mostly lifted, see all photos. The prettiest pink dress with loads of details. There is smocking on each shoulder, pleats in the skirt , padded shoulders, and the best rosette sleeves. Condition is good with subtle fade on the side of one sleeve. There is slight fade below the zipper also. Mend in the seam in the v neck. Side zip. Measurements are in pictures. Oh what a dress! Classic thirties and bias cut, it is made from a lightweight crepe fabric. Due to the bias cut the dress has plenty of stretch and fits closely to the body. The bodice has almost a sweetheart neckline with pin tuck accents and the open sleeves drape over the arms and have a light orange contrast lining.

I’m guessing it is probably from the turn of the 20th century to may be 1920?. It is sewn together with what I believe is the chain stitch used in the beginning of the sewing machine. The outer shell is made of a crepe material, which originally made with silk.
