Handmade, one of a kind piece, by Ruth Shutwell in approx. 1960-1970 with loving care. Yarn feels of a mid-weight acrylic, possibly with a wool mix but I cannot guarantee that. I can guarantee it is beautiful.

This 1950s heavy hand knit wool sweater has a metal Talon zipper and long sleeves. Rounded collar and fits to the hip . In excellent vintage condition with no staining or holes in the fabric. Metal zip works beautifully. Two front patch pockets. The pattern is in primary colors and has a man with his burrow, a sombrero and pottery on the body. The long sleeves have beautiful green cactus with red flowers. Total length measures approximately 27 1/2 inches. Pit pit measures approximately 20.
