The fabric is a light blue cotton with pale gray or off white embroidered zig zag stitching design trimming the front edge of jacket and around the collar and lapels. The long tailored blazer is fully lined and has a 2″ collar with 2 pointed lapels that are 4.5″ wide.
This set is immaculate and an archival quality designer piece from the late 60s era. The skirt is a very high waisted straight maxi skirt giving that long lean silhouette of its era. The fabric content looks to be a linen /silk or cotton/silk blend.
This is a Vintage Ruth Matthews Design tweed wool skirt suit. The jacket is labeled a size 10, and the skirt does not have a size in it. The jacket measures 18 inches from underarm to underarm, when the jacket is laid flat, and 24 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the jacket. The skirt measures 14 1/2 inches at the waist, and 18 1/2 inches at the hip, when the skirt is laid flat. It measures 24 inches long, from top to bottom. The shoulders are padded. Spectacular evening suit by Lilli Ann Knits. Jet black with beads, sequins, crystals. Elvis plays Las Vegas vibe! Feels like a heavy luxe wool blend knit, no fiber content label. Thick beaded trim on jacket opening, sleeves, and down the trouser legs, with black seed beads, sequins, and clear crystals.
Vintage 70s 80s Farah Time out West blue jean jacket and bell bottom pants set. Very slight fabric pilling present – no other flaws to note. Unsure of the true fabric composition. Seems like a very soft and thin cotton/denim. Size M-L women’s set – jacket fits like a women’s M-L and pants are a 32×30 size bell bottom / wide leg style.
Matching high-rise wide-leg pants create a dramatic coordinated look. Top has one small hole under the arm (see last photo). Pants are in excellent condition with no flaws. Leg Opening: 13” (wide leg).
