It’s a cotton. Flair sleeve. Button back. Elastic bottom. No stretch on the cotton. Attached bow. The bodice is lined. The sleeves are not.
7-1/2″ length from collar front to hemline front.Unlined. The fabric is a thin rayon, and there is hand stitching throughout. I just think it’s fab. The torch was passed. My mother also wore lots of Bonnie Cashin in the 1960s and 1970s so I was aware of the modern minimalists, and sought them out for her when I found them.

I’m unsure of the maker because of the tag damage. The tag appears to say 100% cotton, the fabric has a corduroy like texture. I’m also not completely sure that it is from the 1960s but the vintage seller I bought it from labeled it as such. See pics for measurements. The bust has darts. I wore it as a shirt but it could be worn as an outer layer. Size says 14 but it’s vintage sizing. It best fits a small/medium, see measurements to check. It has no stretch.
