It’s Russian made and there’s small stain next to flower in front I can’t tell what size it is so I put it on my vintage mannequin with a waist measuring 26 inches So it’s either a medium girl or very skinny woman ( like size 0/1 ).
Champagne pink colored satin ribbon runs throughout lace trim. No tears or frays. The original elastic waistband is fully intact and still highly stretchy with no dry rot. Lace and ribbon are unmarred.

This dress does have minor flaws shown in last 3 photos, lace has slight defects on back, small pink color on front lace(could probably be washed out, I have not washed this not to alter it), one small snag on front.
