This dress was originally made in the 1910’s and later shortened to give it a 1930’s look. Re-purposing was just as popular back in the day as it is now. There is yellowing on the skirt and holes at the lower front right of the dress. There is some damage to the lace inserts in the same area. See photos. The bust is 38 inches, the waist is 31 inches and the hips are 42 inches. The shoulders are 13.5 inches across and from the shoulder to the hem is 44 inches. I think this would be a great project dress.
