Lovely 1930s cotton crochet dress with great details. The dress has cap sleeves, ruffled pockets and two decorative buttons. There are snaps on the side. There was previously a snap at rear collar which was removed due to some slight rust staining on inside collar there. Slight darkening at underarms. Small fray at left bodice seam, seen in last pic. Vintage homemade fully lined green felt jacket embellished w/embroidery size 12p. Fully lined with shoulder pads inside lining. Front pockets are lined. The felt is a thick felt. Inside lining is stitched in by hand. The one imperfection is the markings by left pocket. See last picture.Jacket has not been worn and has been stored in a non smoking home. Beautiful work of art! We believe it was created in the 1930’s or 40’s. Proceeds of the sale go to disabled adult.
