Heavenly heavenly heavenly! An exquisite dressy outfit from Nina Ricci in deep brown silk taffeta with royal purple raised pinstripes- almost like ribbon. Overall, it has a luscious sheen. The maxi skirt is pleated and gathered from the waist and very full – the fabric has great body and hangs beautifully. The blouse is a bit victorian in its look with ruffles around the neck and down the front placket as well as at the bottom of the cuffs. The sleeves are also gathered at the shoulders and wrists, giving them a very feminine appearance. Skinny little tie at center front neck. The stripes are arranged in a very playful contrary pattern; going vertically on the top piece and horizontally on the bottom piece. The condition is excellent.
