Stunning true vintage mid-century 1960s raw silk sleeveless evening gown with Empire Waist, high collar & rhinestone buttons. Beautiful, soft muted blue raw silk. UNION LABEL INTACT (vintage) Size 13 ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS IN PHOTOS. Not perfect, but very nice vintage condition. All original rhinestone and pearl bead buttons are intact, with no missing rhinestones or beads. Two hook and eye closures at the neck and one between the buttons and the zipper all intact. Original nylon zipper works as it should. Very minor, slight soiling as seen in photo #17. Two small holes near the bottom of the dress that can be seen pointed out with arrows in the last photo. (photo #22) Hardly noticeable, I honestly did not even notice it until I laid it flat for measurements, but obviously wanted to mention it. Very cool vintage and retro looking 100% wool skirt suit made in Italy. I have included measurements in photos, but seems to be a large to extra large size. There’s an attached black velvet band around the waist with a black velvet bow in front. V-line back with zipper, which is stuck but I didn’t want to force it and risk tearing the fabric or getting it stuck even further so I didn’t really work very hard at freeing it (I don’t see any fabric caught in the teeth).

Fantastic dress with amazing hand stitched embroidery, Nehru collar and front and center slit. This dress is not a true red, it’s an orangey red. So much flare and personality, it’s stunning! There are some spots on this dress, I have not laundered it. Also, the previous owner has let out the side seams but it could always be taken back in.
