Vintage Hand Made Micro Corduroy 1970s Mini Skirt No Label
I am guessing this is from the 1970s. The fabric is very indicative of that era, micro corduroy and the patchwork pattern. The colors are much more red than the pictures show (see the close up pic of the pattern).
