Howard Wolf Vintage Navy Blue Dress Drape Neck Sleeveless Wrap Lightweight. Unique design has a small snap under each armpit and the rest of both the sides is completely open. When you wrap the attached belt around the back it closes up the sides. Semi sheer lightweight fabric. No content tag but I believe it’s polyester. Fits like a small – pit to pit 35”, total length 46”. Waist is somewhat adjustable due to the openness on the sides, but I would say the max would be around 30” to make sure it wraps to cover everything. Good vintage condition no major flaws noted
