It has a sleeveless blousy bodice with scoop neckline. The dress is fitted at the waist and has a long, sweeping skirt. Made of deep purple floral polyester chiffon material. The dress is lined with a zipper up the back.
Very thin, soft fabric that is see through. Cream lace ruffles. FABRIC: no label but feels like a cotton poly gauze. Total Length: 28. As such, most will not be in perfect mint condition. That being said, I do my best to disclose all flaws I find.
Velour was the fabric of the 70’s, along with ultrasuede. The convertible halter can be tied behind the neck but it has buttons so you can wear it traditionally over each shoulder. Both pieces are in excellent condition.
There is a lace appliqué on the left portion of the collar. There are no flaws that I have noticed. Pit to pit: 23.
Vintage 70s prairie style maxi dress made of atlas satin and chiffon. Lace up bodice. Lovely daisy floral detail around neckline. Zips up back with nylon zipper. No tags or labels other than “atlas satin” embossed in gold in the interior along a seam line. See photo. This dress was likely made for a special occasion given the materials used and style of the dress. Best fit for modern side small or medium. This dress is in overall good vintage condition with a few flaws to note. There is a tear in the chiffon overlay, a small stain on shoulder, a stain on the satin skirt, and a few snags of the chiffon and satin. Please see all photos as the flaws mentioned are photographed. Price reflects flaws. I have not cleaned or mended the dress and it is sold in “as is” condition.
