I made this skirt from vintage 1970s cotton/polyester fabric. I love vintage clothing but find it difficult to find in larger sizes. Skirt is lined with white cotton fabric. Elastic waist band is 1 1/2  » thick. Measurements are taken with garment lying flat; Waist 18″-stretched 21″, Hip 31″, Length 34″. Skirt is semi sheer (pic11). Picture 12 is the cotton lining. Pic 7- there is on seam, pattern does not match. No holed or stains. Perfect condition. Dress form 39-32-40″
