It is lined, the inside lining has several stains, especially near the armpits. None are visible from the outside. The material is in beautiful condition, I did reinforce a loose button on one sleeve, reinforced the hook and eye on the back of the neck, and fixed the small buttons on the belt.

The dress has been altered at side seam, small area of staining on front of skirt and snag on back of skirt. It is 100% polyester. The fabric is knit. It has a side zip closure. You might be able to let out the alteration but I think there’d be small holes in the fabric where the stitches were.
preowned jeans looks to be 70s or 80s, crease on legs is slightly darker than rest of the jeans. Most of the jeans in this estate appeared to be hung up in the 70s, and left, so i imagine it was where it stuck out into the room from the closet a bit, and should was out. stitching is a little weird around button, please see pictures, and one of the beltloops stitching goes through the care tag. please see all pictures for details. nice looking vintage pants
