vtg union made ILGWU dress button polka dot top with tie neck USA size 20 1/2. This is in good shape with minor wear and made of 100% polyester. Will have a few loose threads inside but nothing major. Some other measurements for this are length 45 inches, shoulder to shoulder 25 inches, waist 17 inches, and neck hole 7 inches.
