The dress features a button up back, snaps at the cuffs, shoulder pads, belt loops, and an elastic waistband with a lot of stretch that allows for flexibility in sizing! In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find besides a few tiny and nearly invisible pulled threads.
