It’s a bright yellow color with white polka dots throughout. The waist on dress is elastic, so it can fit a size 22 inch waist to a size 26 inch waist. The hem is dingy & has some stains at the back right side seam area. The back of the collar has some light staining. It’s is possible there are other small holes, light spots or snags that weren’t noticed.
