It is also fully lined. The dress has a Ladies Who Lunch Vibe. A bit of a wounded bird, but only if you look closely, as it is perfectly wearable as is. The hem is frayed at the edges, and could be repaired, which would also give one an opportunity to shorten the dress to a stunner of a mini.
