HERE WE HAVE A VERY UNUSUAL PIECE. IT IS A VICTORIAN OVERSKIRT. THE PIECE IS MADE OF HEAVY COTTON RIBBED FAILLE, IT IS FLAT WITH A SMALL WAISTBAND. THE BACK HAS 3″ ON EITHER SIDE OF SLIT OPENING THAT A COTTON STRING TIE IS THREAD THROUGH.
Absolutely perfect for any kind of formal, evening, wedding, dance or any special event. A darling shoulder wrap comes with the dress. I’m not sure of the material of the wrap but reminds me of a silk, rayon or nylon. The color is a mint green. The photos are showing more blueish but it’s closer the the last picture. The dress is very soft. The fabric is in great vintage condition. There are 2 places that I am aware of that is shown in the pictures. There is not a tag stating the brand. I checked the RN data base and found Amy Deb Fashions as the company it was made by.
90’s Lillie Rubin Black Dress I have another Lillie Rubin Black dress, perfect for any occasion. This is a high end designer brand from the 90’s. The bodice of the dress is fitted but has good stretch to it. It has rhinestone all over, there are none missing. The bottom of the dress has long tassels, also in great shape.
