Dress is a long gown or maxi dress made of black velvet w/ rainbow colored velvet ribbon trim strips around the waist. Each velvet strip is only sewn on at the bottom seams & sit open at the tops. There is a tear at the lower right side seam & a tear at the front left hem. There are two sections of the teal colored waist trim that have small spots of the velvet rubbed off, one at the front left waist & another at the back left near the zipper. It’s possible there are other stains, snags, or holes that weren’t noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
