This is the coolest dress! I call it the mullet dress because it’s buisness in the front but a party in the back. This is an 80’s dress by Michael Blair in size 3/4. It is form fitting g so listed measurements taken flat and doubled. It’s a a lightweight woven fabric. It has a mock turtle neck with cap sleeves. The back has two big buttons at the neck then a large open area then more buttons and a hidden zipper. It has a peplum and kick pleat.
