This is an Emporio Armani dress from the 1990’s. The bust is 34 inches, the empire waist is 30 inches and the hips are 44 inches. From the high waist to hem is 49 inches. Remember the measurement for an empire waist is larger than your normal waist. It is marked size 42. There is pitting on the back of the dress and a stain in front. See photos.
