Lovely navy blue Polka Dot dress with functional diamond shaped MOP buttons on front, keyhole style open back, and wonderful ruffle on bottom . It swishs when you walk. No side openings. The material appears to be silk , in my opinion . There are two small runs on left bodice; one with a small hole that has a couple stitches in it. There is also a pin hole 3/4 of the way down on front. Otherwise great condition. The hole is seen in last few pics, with the last photo taken in window light. Measurements are in pictures.
