Marked a vintage size 6 but would best fit a modern S-L, depending on how oversized you would like it to fit, measurements are included in the listing photos. Does have shoulder pads but they could be easily removed if you prefer a more 50s as opposed to 80s look 🙂 In great used condition, with no flaws to note despite some very faint yellowing in the underarm areas (blouse is washed and clean but I have not attempted to use Tide or anything similar on the stains so there is a chance they will come out). Flirtations by Alfred Angelo royal blue Victorian colonial style ball gown with white lace and a purple lining. Absolutely stunning and in nearly perfect condition. There is an extremely faint spot on the front above the ruffled hem, but it is super hard to make out in photos – I’ll try again later today. Also, I believe shoestring straps were removed previously, and straps may need to be added depending on how the chest fits. (There are no “grippies” or boning at the chest to assist it in staying up.) Last “issue” is that the purple lining under the lace is discolored blue towards the top, but none of that is visible. Super rare Oscar de la Renta maxi dress. I have not been able to find this exact dress but in the 1970’s he did design fun period style dresses. This is blue background with a red and white calico design. Ruffles of eyelet lace at the cuffs and hem. Almost seems like a costume but would be a fabulous Fourth of July dress! The only flaw I can see is slight fading on one shoulder from being on the hanger. See image. Otherwise in excellent wearable condition.
