This is an excellent vintage shirt waist dress. The measurements laying flat are Bust 19’ Waist 18’ Hips’s 20’ A vintage 14 is not like a modern 14. I say this could fit a modern 6 or 8. This has covered buttons and includes the belt.. rare for vintage. Also has 2 deep pockets on the front. The best part is that has hot pink Volkswagen bugs all over it.
