The top of the dress has a bolero design in pink and pink satin trim on the 3/4 length sleeve an around the top of the ruffle. Large child size 14 to16 or woman small. I wear an 8 or medium and I could get away with wearing it but it is a little tight across the top of the bust making it a little tight under the arm. It would fit a medium size woman with smaller than 36 C cup bra size. I am 5′ 6′ tall and It falls to 2 inches bellow my knee and is 16″ from the floor. It is well made and in good condition.
