Needs to be cleaned, looks dusty or discolored around Lower sleeves. kind of looks like it will wash out but vintage items can be tricky to clean so I will leave that to buyer. Chest at armpits is 40″, length from shoulder to bottom hem is 20, shoulder to shoulder – 15.5″, waist 36.5″.
Could be suitable for a man as well.
