Love this 1990s era Betsey Johnson dress! Belonged to my Mom, but I stole it by the late 1990s claiming it was too sexy for her! Not punk label era Betsey, but still made in the USA quality. 10.5″ length of stretch cotton bodice at side (rest of the length is sheer cotton skirt).
It’s a dramatic dress that’s both comfortable and striking. The skirt of the dress is to die for — full, twirly and graceful. With pockets! The material, like many of her dresses from this period, has a good deal of stretch.
Personally owned Vintage 1980’s Punk Label Betsy Johnson Black and purple Iris collection Dress with matching opera length gloves. Strapless V pointed top with boning and flowy sheer chiffon skirt. Original punk label made in USA SZ 4/6. Has some fading due to age, otherwise in perfect condition. Was once a 3 piece set but I do not have the pants.
