One of the garter straps does not have the closure tab. I will include one that is the wrong color…ivory. Not sure how to repair it but it would hold the stocking. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: waist 12 1/2” stretches to about 14”, hips 14 3/4”, waist to hem 13”.

Made of a blend of cotton 35% and polyester 65%, this slightly boxy with batwing sleeves style top with button up closure details. Condition: preowned fair to good. No holes or major stains. Color is off white/light cream.
Estate find. One stain spot on the back lower left.
