Rare still new with tags vintage. I am not an expert but judging by the style and made in USA label I’m estimating this piece was made in the 80s to early 90s, making it approximately 40 years old!! Vintage items of this age and wear are RARE! Current styles with the exception of higher end brands simply don’t employ the same quality. As the saying goes, they don’t make them like this anymore!
