Crinkle texture is typical of the 90s. Collared neckline, short sleeves, button-up front closure with yellow pearlized button, and a matching removable straw belt included. Waistline has elastic and significant stretch, so it can accommodate a variety of body types.
The MOD dress is a Synthetic Nylon Rayon Jersey is my guess. The Print is similar to Jacobean, also Art Nouveau Deco. It has a flat gathered waistine that is covered by the belt that was found with it, don’t know if it is Original as the belt is a little long for the dress but you could add extra holes or change the belt.
