Sweet heart neckline, crushed velvet, mesh sleeves, faux diamonds, mesh tie back. Tag says 13/14 so I’m guessing it’s a juniors. It fits on my size Small model form and the measurements of that are 34 bust, 26 waist and 35 hips. The velvet is stretchy so it can go up to a medium size. The button part does open, it’s not just for looks.
