There is a very tiny hole on the front right hem-shown in photo #8. Length: 21″ shoulder to waist. Bodice: 1 3 1/2″ long under arm to waist. Hem: 15 1/4″ across (easily stretches to 17 1/2″). Waist: 16 1/2″ across.
