The top half a roomy and blouses out. The skirt part is cut close to the body with a faux wrap panel. The belt is detachable. Back closure is button, zipper. Lightweight, non-stretch fabric and the dress is made in the USA. I would say it is true to size. Fits my size small dress for but please view my measurements for best fit. All sales final. B6
