There’s an attached black velvet band around the waist with a black velvet bow in front. V-line back with zipper, which is stuck but I didn’t want to force it and risk tearing the fabric or getting it stuck even further so I didn’t really work very hard at freeing it (I don’t see any fabric caught in the teeth).
