The top is all over sequins in a beautiful pattern. I didn’t see any missing sequins. Round neckline with button at the back, big shoulder pads and long sleeves. The skirt is full and flowy dark green material with a lining underneath.

Lovely navy blue Polka Dot dress with functional diamond shaped MOP buttons on front, keyhole style open back, and wonderful ruffle on bottom . It swishs when you walk. No side openings. The material appears to be silk , in my opinion . There are two small runs on left bodice; one with a small hole that has a couple stitches in it. There is also a pin hole 3/4 of the way down on front. Otherwise great condition. The hole is seen in last few pics, with the last photo taken in window light. Measurements are in pictures. The top has a bust measurement of 40 inches with a 35 inch waist and underarm top hem measures 11 inches. The dress has a bust measurement of up to 37 inches. The waist on dress measures 26 inches and 47.5 inch length underarm to hem Some discoloration under the arm area of blouse only, dress just has an age spots on bodice and back of straps that is obviously covered by the top. Make sure to look at photos carefully:) Also an abrasion area on bust of the top. The underarm discoloration gets somewhat lost in the busy print. Fabric is probably some type of satin blend
