The Skirt: The waistband was taken off to shorten the skirt. The skirt is not lined. The seam allowances are 3/4″ so you could make larger if needed. The two front seams on the front included enclosed pockets.

Dress is a long gown or maxi dress made of black velvet w/ rainbow colored velvet ribbon trim strips around the waist. Each velvet strip is only sewn on at the bottom seams & sit open at the tops. There is a tear at the lower right side seam & a tear at the front left hem. There are two sections of the teal colored waist trim that have small spots of the velvet rubbed off, one at the front left waist & another at the back left near the zipper. This is a black maxi dress / gown w/ beadwork at the front center chest & around the front neckline. It is longer at the back hem than it is at the front & feels like it is made of rayon. There’s a hole at the left armpit above the zipper & a whitish stain / discoloration at the inner left sleeve cuff.
Silver seed beads trim the sleeve cuffs and keyhole neckline. I missed a hook that closes the slit at neckline so it creates a little keyhole and forms a rounded v neck. Material has no stretch. Sleeve Length 24″.
