1940’s Addison Yellow and White Tiered Ruffle. Weighty Glossy Petticoat Slip Skirt. Labeled a Size Small, but will Fit Size XS. I do not know for sure what the fabric content is, but it feels like acetate.
Slip has a A-line cut skirt that flares out slightly from the waist to the knees. Embroidered eyelet lace panels accent the upper bust and V-neckline border. The lower hem is finished with a wide, tiered ruffle featuring intricate cutouts and a traditional scalloped edge.
