The fabric is a sturdy beige/cream colored linen. The design is a sheath dress with v-neck, a drop waist that has a corset effect, and a heavy 2 way zipper. The dress is fully lined, has sewn in shoulder pads, elbow length sleeves, and a pocket on each hip.
The fabric is thick, heavy brown wool that is fully lined. This coat is in excellent condition with no tears, odors, fading, stains, or missing accents. The coat has a couple of small holes and fabric abrasions.
The zipper is 6 1/4″ long with 8 1/4″ long fly opening, and 2″ long button flap. Each side of waist has a 6 1/2″ long pocket. The pants are in excellent condition with no tears, odors, or fading! There is a light fabric abrasion on the right side of rear, a tiny hole on the inside of the waistband only, a small seam pull on a front pleat, and a light stain near the ankle.

A glorious and glamorous Parisian style evening dress in fabulous textiles including a black taffeta with tufts of cut velvet and a full lining that is stiffened at the bottom to help the hem to flair. It has a matching 15” wide long black silk taffeta sash that attaches and forms a bow in the back. It also has small shoulder pads which could be removed, and it flairs at the hip. The label indicates that the size is a French 46, which corresponds to a US size 14, and it is handmade. It is numbered 368770 on the label. The condition is excellent.
