1970s sleeveless tiered maxi dress with olive tree print. Smocked elastic bodice with adjustable shoulder straps. No tags, pockets, or closures. Unlined. Fabric feels like a cotton blend. Fits a range of sizes due to the stretch in the bodice. Displayed on a size Small mannequin. Pre-owned. Normal overall wear with slight fading consistent with age. Elastic remains strong. Extra fabric at the shoulder straps allows for alteration if desired. I did not find any holes or stains during inspection. Measures approximately 59” top of strap to bottom 7”-ish strap drop 15” across bust – stretches up to 27” across 15” across waist – stretches up to 28” across 31” across hips 70” across bottom sweep
Adorable 1950s – early 60s dropped-waist cotton frock. The print is tiny rosebuds with very faint white circles in the background. Check out the close up of the bow to best see the fabric. Also, I added a little booty to my dress form (because sadly, it doesn’t have one), so the amount of skirt flounce kind of depends on the body shape underneath.
